By creating an account or using the Fair Play application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
Fair Play is an entertainment application that allows users to form groups and submit predictions on the outcomes of sporting events, including NHL hockey games and FIFA World Cup matches.
Fair Play is for entertainment purposes only. No real money is wagered, won, or lost through the App. No prizes of monetary value are offered or awarded.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Fair Play. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Fair Play is not a gambling application. No real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or items of monetary value are wagered, transferred, or awarded through the App. This is strictly a free-to-play entertainment prediction game. Fair Play Sports Inc. is not a licensed gambling operator and does not offer gambling services in any jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for any content you post within the App, including chat messages and group names. You agree not to post content that is:
Fair Play Sports Inc. reserves the right to remove any content and terminate accounts at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Game schedules, scores, and results are sourced from third-party data providers including the NHL API and football-data.org. Fair Play Sports Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any sports data displayed in the App. Prediction scoring is based on official results as determined by Fair Play Sports Inc. in its sole discretion, and such determinations are final.
The App includes AI-powered bot players ("Bot McPuck" for NHL, "Bot McBall" for FIFA) that submit automated predictions for entertainment purposes. Bot predictions are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for fun only. They do not represent expert sports advice and should not be relied upon for any purpose.
All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software associated with Fair Play are the property of Fair Play Sports Inc. or its respective licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or exploit any part of the App without the express prior written permission of Fair Play Sports Inc.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. FAIR PLAY SPORTS INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FAIR PLAY SPORTS INC. OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fair Play Sports Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any content you submit to the App.
Fair Play Sports Inc. reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
Fair Play Sports Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
